Chinara Adhofer is the General Manager at Gamemode One, where she oversees operational success, creating the conditions for energized teams to build games people love. She played a key role in relocating and scaling the studio in Halifax, including centralizing operations, developing talent pipelines, and integrating deeply into Nova Scotia’s game development community.
